  • Why can't I put ribbons and elastic on my daughter's new pointe shoes?
    Dance Instructors have their own individual preferences for how pointe shoes fit on the foot and how the ribbons & elastic are positioned. We ask you to have your child's Instructor check the fit of the shoe before any ribbons or elastic have been attached so that the shoes can be returned if the Instructor requests it.


  • What is your return policy?
    All returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase with original receipt and original packaging only. Items may not have been worn or appear to have been used. Custom orders are not returnable.


  • Do you require a deposit for special orders?
    Yes, we do. Dance Stuf requires a 50% deposit on all special orders.


  • Is there a restocking or return fee?
    Yes there is. If you return your purchase after 15 days, DanceStuf.com will charge you a 15% restocking charge.
